The script that returns module load faliure needs to explain wich module fail to load

The script that returns module load faliure needs to explain wich module failed to load. With out that information is very complicated to easily determine what's causing the engine to stop working.
Also if "& ~E_NOTICE & ~E_DEPRECATED" are set in php.ini configuration the system will crash when a module faills to load or it will run normaly, in both cases it will give no information about what is going on with this issue.
