db_rutineWidget does not have an option to redraw forms once they ve been echoed

The structure of db_rutineWidget must be redesigned to work with or without ajax. Specifically to allow the form objects to be re drawled with out the need for the page to reload.
When a request from ajax comes asking for the sql interface, db_rutineWidget must be able to process the data without reloading, and returning the results in a format that xajax functions can interpret.
