Export to MS Excel or OOo Calc functionality

By using this reporting engine it would be possible to create real export feature to xls/ods formats. This would use get_template functionality and would use OOo as conversion engine to replace OpenERP Client export function.
At the moment there is printscreen module, which replaces original OpenERP report, which partially shows the concept.
