Insert link on image o text composing like placeholder

Hi, if it's possibile, my idea is parametrize the string text of the link for image or text, this is usefull, for example, if I create an order print, in all the order lines I can put an image where the customer can click and the link redirect to my web site with product image, so:
line1, code: AB10, link= http://www.my_site.com/image/AB10.PNG
line2, code: AC15, link= http://www.my_site.com/image/AC15.PNG
and so on...
