Use global snooze instead of per-alarm settings

There is really no reason to have per-alarm snooze settings.
All alarms should be snoozable by default and the standard 9 minutes should be used as the snooze time.
Snooze for timers might not be necessary... Or maybe snooze them for some percentage of the total time?

Whiteboard
Add an option to the snooze toolbar item where the user can choose for how many minutes the alarm should be postponed. Thise option should only be available for timers. For alarm clocks the standard 9 minutes is always used as snooze time.
