Facebook connection
it must be possible for the users to login with Facebook trough "Single sign-on". A Wiki account based on the Facebook user data should be offered to the user.
It must be possible for the user to filter their wiki activity to Facebook. The wiki should be able to publish on Facebook by it self.

1. Inlogging / utloggning klar. Behöver testas.
2. Alla sidor i artikel namespace har en "Rekommendera" knapp (samma som gilla). Behöver testas.
3. Att skapa/binda ett lokalt konto till Facebook är klart. Behöver testas. (lite för många val enligt mig).
4. Att "automatisk" publicera är inte implementerat.
Två extensions är tillaggda:
* "AddMetas" för att sätta meta taggar på sidorna som Facebook kräver.
* "PageNotice" för att styra var "Rekommendera" knappen hamnar på sidan.
