authorize against U1 servers with OAuth

Application has to authorize against Ubuntu One servers using OAuth. During first login, a browser should be fired and the user have the possibility to accept (or reject) the request for device to be added to U1. Browser has that trust context, which OAuth provides for the user - he never has to provide Ubuntu SSO credentials in the app.
