Lint js code and set up a job for doing it automatically

Currently app catalog js code is in a painfull state with lot's of common js mistakes (forgotten semicolons, == instead of ===, no use strict, etc, etc)
This situation can be addressed by including a jslint job, that would automatically check for such errors
