A way to disable non-light and remap colors via art entry

Colors 2-14 and 240-255 are considered by the game as colors which are never affected by the lighting settings, thus standing out on very dark maps. Colors 16-31 are remaps. When you work with custom palettes on buildings and other objects, your colors almost always fall into those ranges and you have to edit the palette which requires a bit of work and in fact, reduces the amount of colors you can actually use by almost 50. The idea is to reenable Remapable= tag and add a new one which determines whether this object has colors unaffected by the lighting. If ways to do this already exist, I'd like to hear about them.
