Configure flags for unstable applets
Recently a patch was added to activate the installation of 'unstable' applets by patching a make file. While this is a great step I think it would be far more useful if it was done with a configure flag . I see there being atleast three cases that the flags should allow. (Note: the use of the word unstable is very bad and really means 'is sketchy, works kinda, may not work at all for anyone, wont work at all for now, or wont even build')
--install-
Reasoning:These applets require build dependencies of their own and may be broken and prevent build
--install-
Reasoning:Python applets will build even if they are broken so no risk of the applet failing at build time
--install-
Reasoning: Installs both or a specific unstable applet
