Transfers dropped file(s) to a location, FTP, website, application, etc

Basically the idea is to have an applet which files can be dragged to and they will be transfered to a folder, FTP, website (such as Flickr, imageshack, mediafire, etc), or even applications, such as mp3s to your media player.

It should be easy to add backends (file, FTP, websites, etc), ideally just adding a file to the backends folder which the applet can detect on startup and query name, preferred types, etc.

The left click could choose where the files will go, or the user could add rules based on file type (or even regex), or some combination of the two options.

The right click could allow users to enter a configuration screen where they can add instances of the backends such as specific FTP sites, folder locations, Flickr accounts, etc.
