Generic HTML applet supporting webkit and gtkmozembed

A generic HTML applet is needed.

Preferably one that supports:

1) both gtkmozembed and webkit. At build time (if C or vala), it should be possible to build with one or both backends. If both backends are available at runtime then the choice should be configurable at runtime.

2) Options to specify the HTML applet source.

3) Options to specify the type of HTML applet if necessary. Initial support will be for simple HTML pages with later work on options such as support for Apple's HTML widgets. (Note: look into JackField)

4) The ability to include a selection of preconfigured HTML applets that can be chosen by point and click.
