Remove comic applet

comic applet has been superseded by comics! applet in terms of features and the ability to change the set of viewable comics. Basically comics! can do what comic can do, and can do it better. To reduce the amount of code that needs maintenance, comic applet should be removed.
At the moment, comic applet provides the ability to view some specific comics that are not provided by comics! applet by default. Most of these should be added to comics! before comic applet can be removed. See https:/
