Stack could drag and drop

The stack applet, is quite nice but not very useful ... for now
but if we was able to drag a file from the stack or to drop another file into another dir, this applet could be a very good one.

First of all the stack must handle basic drag and drop features.
In a second way, a good improvement could be : when we are waiting over the stack to drop an item, the stack must be shown and now are able to drop it into another directory.

e.g. My stack shows my home, and i want to move (copy?) a file from my desktop (i hate objects on my desktop) to my ~/tmp.
So i drag my file from my desktop to the stack .... i wait for a few (mili)seconds, the stack is displayed. I move to tmp and all ruleZzz.
