Added support for notebook and automatic service startup

I have improved to the Tomboy applet to get as much as possible features of the GNOME bar applet. They includes :
- view of notes sorted by notebook,
- creation of notes in a chosen notebook,
- automatically launch the Tomboy service if not already started.
Yet, the DBUS API does not seem to provide any way to create a notebook. To be followed.
It works fine for me on an Ubuntu 8.10.
