Implement an onhover function similair to 'show dialog after long press'

It would be nice if when hovering with the mouse over an applications icon in the taskmanager not just the windows title would be show, but something a bit more userinteractual. This is already implemented by the 'show dialog after long press' function, as an additional option it would be nice to make this dialog appear after merely hovering over it's icon (possibly after a timeout).

Since the dialog itself is already implemented it shouldn't be to hard to implement.
