Usable CD/Hard disk boot manager theme for Baltix

gfxboot-theme-ubuntu has several problems when using with Baltix:

1. There are no string "^Start or install Baltix GNU/Linux" in translation files (.pot and .po)
2. Language menu (which shows when F2 is pressed) contains too many languages, lots of them are unsupported by Baltix, like Taiwanese or China languages.
3. Isolinux splash image is for Ubuntu, so I must change bootlogo, splash.* and several other files in /isolinux folder manually :(

New package - *gfxboot-theme-baltix*, which will be based on gfxbtoot-theme-ubuntu, but patched according problems above needs to be created.
There's an add_text command in po/bin/ folder of the gfxboot-theme-ubuntu source package and gfxboot-theme-nld, gfxboot-theme-sles or gfxboot-theme-suse packages, also these packages have nice bootlogo, we need to look at these :)
