Purge account_statement_base_import of non-abstract code

I want to build on banking-addons and add a way to provide simple OFX import for a client. However, I'd like to keep the feature barebones, without the bells and whistles.

I've noticed that account_statement_base_import which, from the name of it, is supposed to be an abstract module, isn't abstract at all and implements many things that should be extracted to other modules (while, of course, creating the proper abstract mechanisms to support them), namely:

* Commission handling
* Dependencies on "ext" and "completion"
* CSV/XLS parsing

I've already started working on it (not even close from being finished though), but before investing too much time in this, I was wondering if you guys would consider merging such work back into the baseline.

HiVirgil, I'm writting from the Community days. It seems that OpenERP may re-use part of this if we succeed to split the module the way you suggeted it !

So, I'm strongly in favor of that of course. Any support you need, just ask.
