TODO and XXX lists

Often in the code is easy to see some comments that starts with # TODO and # XXX. These are used to mark some code as that have some flaws, mistakes or should work in an another way. In general, these comments describe some actions to do with a piece of code.
It would be useful for a developer to have a full list of TODOs and XXXs available on the web.
