Send tracks (gpx) to a server via ftp

Send all the tracks in the "track/tosend" directory to a ftp server. FTP host name, login and password are parameters that are defined in the initialization file (Bluemapia.ini). It also moves the files to the "track/sent" directory. An internet connection is the pre-requisite for this function. GPRS/EDGE or 3G provide a way to connect to internet with PDA phones.
