Ask if Windows is booting when Wubi dualboot

For dualboot Windows + Wubi, the user problem seems to be more often a broken Wubi rather than a broken Windows.
In this situation, the user could be asked if WIndows boot is ok or not, in order to focus the repair on Wubi rather than the MBR.
