A GUI for Bazaar-NG

For acceptance on windows, a GUI is an essential facility for VCS systems - i.e. TortoiseBzr. Within the Linux community having good GUI's is important as well, but not as culturally significant. We should provide all the facilities to write great GUI's for Bazaar-NG, and possibly provide such as part of the core distribution.
