KDE integration

There is already a kde-integration plug-in, but it's very limited.
it should provide an interface to the KDE's VFS (file monitoring, folder listing, etc), so that many other applets can work correctly under KDE.
Use libqtgtk to integrate easily the Qt main-loop into the GLib main-loop.
Possibly, the plug-in could be extended to provide the dock with native Qt menus, stock-icons, etc
