Cleanup the UI

Replace the main window with a SashWindow with 2 panes. The demo shows 3 panes. This will allow the tree to be shown or partly covered as required.
Place the edit forms in the pane on the right side of the main window with the tree on the left.
Modify the colors so that they use/look good with the MLHIM (CDD) logo colors.
