Dispatcher for Gnocchi Integration
Update: The integration of Ceilometer and Gnocchi is now achieved in the Gnocchi code base. This blueprint is now targeted to cover to move this code into the Ceilometer repository.
Ceilometer is planned to be re-based on a TimeSeries as a Service concept, namely Gnocchi. We've reached the state, when these two projects can be loosely integrated. This blueprint is about to describe the options for implementing a dispatcher for realizing the data flow between the monitored infrastructure and the database.

Bumping off the ceilometer juno-3slate because:
(a) the distpatcher code will land in stackforge/gnocchi as opposed to openstack/
and:
(b) the gnocchi project is still decoupled from the main release cycle at this point, so juno-3 is not a relevant deadline
This blueprint is now focused on moving the dispatcher code from gnocchi back into ceilometer - prad
