Checkbox Reverting to DBUS for Root Tests

Checkbox used to call its backend through DBUS in order to run tests as root. This has been reverted during the Lucid cycle to use sudo. For security reasons, this made sure that the user had the necessary privileges to run arbitrary commands as root. For usability reasons, this should be reverted to using DBUS and PolicyKit instead while remaining secure.
