Display per volume-type and overall count stats

As an operator, I want to be able to determine the number of cinder volumes on a per-Volume-Type basis as well as an overall count of the volumes on a per tenant and across all tenants. It should display the number of volumes per volume type, # of volumes per cinder backend and total overall count of volumes.
