os-brick: Add GPFS connector support

This blueprint proposes adding GPFS connector support in the os-brick project. The goal is to support attaching/detaching volumes. This will inherit the Local connector class properties and extend some of it's feature so that CInder Backup service can initialize with GPFS protocol for communication.
