Untyped volumes / default volume type
Untyped volumes doesn't really make sense as every volume is created in a backend and it seems important to have the backend info inside the volume in the form of volume type.
A default volume type will be created when cinder is deployed and users can prefer to use it or create their own type.
Default volume type can be set in cinder.conf by admins but cannot be left empty or unset.
