VzStorage Backup Driver

VzStorage share is mounted to host as POSIX filesystem with some limitations, i.e. no concurrent access to a single file from multiple hosts. Thus we could derive from PosixBackupDriver to reuse most of the code for qcow2 backed volumes. However ploop volumes need some additional handling as they are represented by directories instead of regular files.
