Brainstorm ideas:
* A tab view with the one tab with the commands on the local machine and the other for viewing CommandlineFu commands. (relatively easy to do)
* Create a category/tag column; set "cmdfu" category for CommandlineFu commands and then enable sorting entries by category/tag.

There's a problem using directly commandlinefu commands, they are not prepared for the parameters passing, there's no way of telling if an argument is a user input or not.
