Need to ensure that CM licenses (both CC and CC+) are valid before allowing transactions / licensing to take place. We need this before launch. Send to Lessig. Any other ideas on who to send it to in the CC community?
Should also decide on default licensing and whether to hide other licensing options under an "advanced or pro" tab or not.... The issue is that the default license could be at odds with the most free/sharable type of license. Will resolve this issue internally...

Henry, can you get this resolved please? Or start the thread? This is critical for launch. I recommend talking with mike and cc'ing me on any 99% done solution to make sure its valid. BUt ,his time is super valuable. Lessig has no time to respond. Jon
