Support Ironic as OS installer

Ironic provides an alternative OS provisioning solution to the current Cobbler OS installer. It would be nice to enable Ironic in Compass for OpenStack deployment.
Some research are required about how Ironic works and its stand-alone feature. We should figure out what changes are required for Compass so that Ironic can fit in. This includes the overall provisioning workflow, the related data modeling for configuring OS-level parameters, etc. The added support or Ironic should be independent of Cobbler. The compass-core code needs to support both mechanisms seamlessly.
