Currently, Policy Engine keeps up-to-date rows matched to a policy rule. It's easy for admin to check what is matched to rules and what Congress have to react the rows. However, admin want to keep track of the changed rows or row's snapshot in case of rules are for audit.
This proposes a functionality to enable admin to see row's history. If admin needs the history, they set history flag of rule to True and PolicyEngine write changed rows or snapshot out. And then the admin can check the history if needed. This BP focuses on history of policy rule's row.

Good idea. I think we'll want a spec for this so we can discuss some of the details about the portions of the state that we record, and how the user will interact with the history.
