Option to paginate query results

The data source tables can potentially contain a huge number of rows. The client side is unlikely going to be able to handle presenting the entire results set to the end user without impacting performance. Here are some discussions from Keystone and Horizon tackling the same issue:

It seems like the other OpenStack services are currently using filtering and sorting plus limit/marker pagination to narrow down and break up the results.
