display a refresh icon in the menu

Some websites need to allow the cookie storage to display their content.
Therefore a refresh button in the australis Cookie Keeper's menu should be nice in order to refresh the web page without needing to press F5 or to move the mouse across the window to click the refresh button in the URL bar.

An option in the preference panel to auto-refresh the web page when the permissions are changed should also be useful.
In order to avoid superfluous refresh of the web page, this auto-refresh should be triggered when all the modifications in the menu are done and when the menu is closing, .
