Remove GDM in favour of SLiM

SLiM is a lightweight DM depending on libjpeg, libpng, and freetype, at the moment the Gnome DM is used as our default manager, which has a massive dependency problem and is also developed to work with the GNOME desktop.
Switching to SLiM will reduce our dependencies and also free up some resources. Also the extra config options of SLiM will allow for easier integration of future solutions.
