Remove the "Plant" and "Character" classes

We want to use properties to define entity behaviour rather than a hard coded C++ class hierarchy. We should therefore remove both "Plant" and "Character" and move any specialized functionality out into properties. This would allow us to have plants that don't metabolize and so on.
