soerepro: average data in the integration file

At /soerepro/insertion/copyPasteFile, average data should be added throw a new sheet in the insertion file generated from /soerepro/insertion/dataTemplate.

To do this:
- add a new sheet in the insertion file with "Average values" as data type
- add a new data type in type_seuil
- link the values with this new type_seuil

NB: extractions are not designed for this new data type.
