It would be helpful if one could select the day of the week as well as the exact time the backup should proceed. For instance; Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3am. or daily at 3am. etc... And also in the event the system was powered down, an option that would cause the backup to proceed as soon as possible after a missed event.
