support for admin only features in designate dashboard

In Designate there are some features that can only be performed by admin users and are forbidden for other users such as CRUD operation on TLDs, zone blacklisting , tsigkeys and quota management. These features currently do not exist on designate dashboard . It would be nice to have these features in designate dashboard.
