Give LibreOffice a much needed GUI refresh

Bug 1 is not about Windows. It's about Office. If I now open a libreoffice app on 11.10 I look in horror at the GUI. It is awful! There are some mockups flying around but nothing seems to be happening. The Ubuntu community should help.
