During In-Country Testing, or Acceptance Testing, there are bugs that only exists "out in the wild", and cannot be reproduced in the development area. Or the users cannot express the nature of the bug. That's why if we have a Logging Mechanism, we could say to them, "Please turn on the logging, then save the dump file, then send it to us". Then us the developers could examine the chronology and the nature of the error. This could help the developers also during development in tracing bugs, as this would have an "Android-Like" logging system.
