Default Content Requirements:
As per this task when ever new user will login in to the application they should see some default charts and different default options say Reports, Report table , RSS feeds..etc. When ever that user want to change the default charts to user specific they will do that.But Admin only can define what would be the default charts and what would be the default reports and report table..etc.
