Add a fixed footer bar

Add a persistent footer bar to make the navigation of very long input forms easier for the user. The user should not be forced to scroll all the way to the bottom to save. This can be done by adding a data-position="fixed" attribute to the footer tag. So the navigation bar would always show at the bottom of the screen, even though you are not at the end of content.

This work if we add it to the main.vm file, but the problem is that I can't change it, so it needs to look the same on every page. That does not really give us the look we want.
