Move save button to lower toolbar. Consider moving "Data set is complete" as well.

save button is moved, together with data set is complete check. "Data set is complete" is now a dropdown box with two alternatives. This showed to be much easier to implement than a checkbox inside a toolbar. This change is up for discussion on monday.
