Gmail Plugin - more then contacts.

I'd like a plugin that first of all shows a notification when a mail arrives in my Gmail inbox. Gmail contacts already works fine, but maybe add a way to also send a mail to thoose contacts, and other contacts through Gnome-Do.
If not creating the whole male, then just start the users default mail-client.

You can already send mail to the contact, that's the point of the plugin. As for new mail notification this has been talked about before and we've turned away the idea a couple of times. I think it's too big of a job for a Do plugin and should be it's own app. There are a couple available already.
