Transmission Control

A little project for me. Virtually all transmissions functions can be controlled through http://trac.transmissionbt.com/browser/branches/1.7x/doc/rpc-spec.txt JSON messages. Obviously we should have the ability to add/delete torrents, stop and start active torrents, limit bandwidth, and open the directory the torrent lives in.
There is literally no difference between controlling transmission ran on the machine or ran on a remote computer. It may be useful to all the control of multiple transmission instances, this may of course hinder usability by complicating things.

Any additional ideas?
