Active Application Actions
Gnome-do should provide a framework for running applictions to provide tasks to. This could either be limited to the focused applications or any running application. It would be more in-depth then "open url" or "open with". For instance, when focused on FireFox, gnome-do could provide a list of open pages and things like new tab/new window/ bookmarks, etc. This could either be a separate invokation (Alt+. for instance) or included with the main do but with very high priority.
Some of this functionality might be able to work automatically, possibly by just grabbing all the items in the menu(s) of the focused application. I don't know if its possible to grab and call those items, but if not, I think a richer interaction could be provided by applications being designed to work with do, or with plugins to the application that provide the interaction with do.
