Adding Xesam compatible search within GNOME Do will allow it to interoperate with most major freedesktop search programs including Beagle's recent xesam adapter and Tracker's upcoming 0.7 release as well as Strigi and Pinot. Using the standardized Xesam spec would allow opening/manipulating files by searching within documents using any of these search architectures.
